We all have ups and downs in life, and mainly we deal with problems and situations as they arise, and sometimes we can feel overwhelmed with a lot of emotions whirling around our mind, which can make it difficult to see a way forward.
With over 30 years of experience as a support worker and care home owner, I offer specialist counselling for adults facing complex emotional challenges. Whether you’re a carer, living with long-term isolation, stuck in an mentally or physical relationship, or simply in need of someone to talk to, you’re not alone. I’m here to help.
I offer professional 1-to-1 counselling sessions in Barnstaple and the surrounding areas. Each session is tailored to your needs, providing a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can talk openly and work through the challenges you are facing.

Convenient, private support for those who prefer voice or video calls. Ideal if you are not local or feel more comfortable talking without being seen.
In-Person Counselling (Barnstaple & North Devon areas)
For those living in or near North Devon, I offer one-to-one counselling in a quiet, supportive setting.
Walk and Talk Counselling (Barnstaple & North Devon)
Feel the benefit of fresh air and movement while talking through what’s on your mind. This gentle, therapeutic approach is ideal for people who connect better while walking side by side.
